Laurentide Controls is proud to announce that we have once more been recognized as a top employer, this time making the list as a top Montreal employer for 2022 as announced on February 15 by MediaCorp Canada.
The 2022 competition recognizes Montreal employers by providing their employees with greater flexibility in where they work and giving them the assistance needed to make it successful.
Laurentide Controls has distinguished itself by establishing a mandatory teleworking policy for office employees during lockdown, but more specifically by implementing a hybrid teleworking policy for returning to the office.
Summer 2021 also featured a "summer days" program, consisting of a reduced schedule for the summer period. Several social events, such as food truck lunches and smoothie breakfasts, were organized to help employees reconnect after the winter 2021 lockdown, proving once again that at Laurentide, people matter.
This prestigious recognition means a lot to us. We are committed to the well-being of our employees and strive to provide an inspiring and inclusive work environment.
