Atlantic Controls, a division of Laurentide, is thrilled to announce the launch of its Remote Asset Health Monitoring Center. Created in collaboration with the Government of Newfoundland and funded by the Offshore Oil & Gas Industry Recovery Assistance Fund (OGIRA), this state-of-the-art facility is equipped with advanced monitoring equipment, technologies, and training facilities to help industry thrive in Eastern Canada.
Monitoring Critical Assets in Real Time
Remote asset health monitoring, also called remote condition monitoring, replaces in-person field readings of asset health data with constant, remote monitoring via connected sensors linked to a gateway and software.
The Remote Asset Health Monitoring Center is dedicated to monitoring the condition of critical plant assets such as valves, instruments, pumps, rotating equipment, and more. With this center, Atlantic Controls and Laurentide aim to help plants detect problems in real time, before they affect the flexibility or reliability of their operations.

Grand Opening on July 19, 2023
Laurentide Controls' Remote Asset Health Monitoring Center is set to open on July 19, 2023. This revolutionary facility is set to redefine monitoring and maintenance services, equipping clients with the tools needed to achieve their productivity and performance ambitions. Located in Mount Pearl, near St. John's, Newfoundland, the center will serve industries located in all of Eastern Canada, including Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Quebec and the Ottawa valley in Eastern Ontario.
